Pricing for the median home in Warrensburg decreased during the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Warrensburg fell by $26,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $69,000 - a 27.4% decrease over the $95,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Warrensburg in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Warrensburg for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,255, approximately 3.3% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
