Rising home prices in Oreana in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Oreana rose by $58,525 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $131,400 - a 80.3% increase over the $72,875 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Oreana in the first quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Oreana for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,873, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
