Median home prices in Long Creek fell to $97,500 in May 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Long Creek fell by $136,500 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $97,500 - a 58.3% decrease over the $234,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Long Creek in May 2020.
