Forsyth home prices fell in May 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Forsyth fell by $40,700 while total sales increased by 125%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 18.9% decrease over the $215,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Forsyth in May 2020.

The median sales tax in Forsyth for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,781, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for May 2021.
