According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Russell L. Ensminger (73) has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least 13 primary elections, records show, including 12 for Democrats and one for Republicans.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that Ensminger was the only registered voter residing at 7265 W. William St., Harristown as of Oct. 10, 2020.
