Pricing for the median home in Harristown decreased during the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Harristown fell by $19,500 while total sales increased by 63.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $95,500 - a 17% decrease over the $115,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Harristown in the first half of 2020.
