On July 16, Glory McDonald and Lowdois Dozier purchased a home at 730 Phillip Circle, Forsyth from Kent. Wayne and Leslie Kent for $260,500.

In 2017, the property tax paid for this property was $5,403.28, which is 2.07% of the sale price of the home.

So far in July 2021, six properties sold in Forsyth.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Leslie W. Kent has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least four primary elections, records show, including four Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 730 Phillip Circle as of Oct. 10, 2020: Leslie W. Kent, 61, and Sara R Wilson, 87.
