On July 14, Matthew P. Wolter purchased a home at 217 Wayside Ave., Decatur from Martin J. Davis (trustee) and Martin J. Davis (trust) for $55,000.

In 2017, the property tax paid for this property was $2,135.24, which is 3.88% of the sale price of the home.

So far in July 2021, 34 properties sold in Decatur.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were five registered voters residing at 217 Wayside Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Brooke Paige Segelhorst, 28, Kimberly L Rambo, 49, Shey Michael Segelhorst, 28, Rick P. Rambo, 51, and Hillary K. Cole, 29.
