On July 27, Inc MacOn Resources sold their commercial property at 657 W. Main St., Decatur to Walsh Property Services LLC for $180,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2017 was $3,141.96, 1.75% of the sale price of the home.

This commercial property last sold for $75,000 on Jan. 4, 2008.

So far in July 2021, 102 properties sold in Decatur.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were five registered voters residing at 657 W. Main St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: John K. Gregory, 57, Amara Collette Matthews, 50, Gloria Lewis, 61, Wanda B. Frye, 61, and Lawrence B. Neuhold, 53.
