Meeting was called to order at 5:00pm by Chairman Ferguson.
Roll was answered by Newberg, Prestigaard, Pruser, Wickenhauser, Carter, Ennis, Ferguson, Houser, Matthews.
Absent. Tilley, Kaymmeyer, Myers.

You are hereby directed to call a meeting of the DeWitt County Board. The purpose of said meeting is to conduct the business of the County.
Motion by Houser second by Newberg to award the low bids to Township Motor Fuel Tax Maintenance, Section 21-00000-00-GM. AYE: Newberg, Prestigaard, Pruser, Wickenhauser, Carter, Ennis, Ferguson, Houser, Matthews. Motion carried.
Motion by Houser second by Carter to award the low bids to Township Motor Fuel Tax Maintenance, Section 21-_000-00-GM. AYE: Newberg, Prestigaard, Pruser, Wickenhauser, Carter, Ennis, Ferguson, Houser, Matthews. Abstain Ferguson. Motion carried.
Motion by Houser second by Pruser to award the low bids on the bituminous materials bid tabs for County Motor Fuel Tax Maintenance, Section 21-00000-00-Gm. AYE: Newberg, Prestigaard, Pruser, Wickenhauser, Carter, Ennis, Ferguson, Houser, Matthews. Motion carried.
