On Nov. 16, Patricia E. Brahier (trustee) and Paticia E. Brahier (trust) sold their home at 4350 Sheila Court, Decatur to Matthew K. Paczak for $160,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2017 was $3,904.92, 2.44% of the sale price of the home.
