On Nov. 12, Laura K. Tucker purchased a home at 273 Southmoreland Place, Decatur from Susanne K Exr Blake and James E. White (deceased) for $160,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2017 was $5,179.98. This is 3.24% of the sale price of the home.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, James E. White has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least 11 primary elections, records show, including eight Democratic Primaries and three Republican Primaries.
