On Oct. 12, Tyler E. Allen purchased a home at 3418 N. MacArthur Road, Decatur from Devon L. Gant (now known as) and Devon L. and Craig Cherry for $176,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2017 was $4,044.58, 2.3% of the sale price of the home.

So far in October 2021, two properties sold in Decatur.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Devon Leeann Gant (31) has been registered to vote since 2015.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
