On Oct. 8, Jacob and Caitlin Eckhart purchased a home at 570 Harristown Road, Niantic from Mildred L. Eckhart for $125,000.

In 2017, the property tax paid for this property was $2,867.26, which is 2.29% of the sale price of the home.

So far in October 2021, this is the only property that sold in Niantic as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Mildred L. Eckhart has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least 14 primary elections, records show, including 14 Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
