Home prices decreased in Long Creek during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Long Creek fell by $40,100 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,900 - a 25.1% decrease over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Long Creek in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Long Creek for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,143, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
