Median home prices in Maroa rose to $130,000 in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Maroa rose by $19,550 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 17.7% increase over the $110,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Maroa in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Maroa for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,131, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
