The fourth quarter of 2021: Niantic experienced a 28.1% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Niantic rose by $25,150 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $114,750 - a 28.1% increase over the $89,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Niantic in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Niantic for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,891, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
