Median home prices in Harristown rose to $121,500 in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Harristown rose by $28,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $121,500 - a 29.9% increase over the $93,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Harristown in the fourth quarter of 2020.
