Pricing for the median home in Warrensburg decreased during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Warrensburg fell by $20,950 while total sales increased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $98,300 - a 17.6% decrease over the $119,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Warrensburg in the second half of 2020.
