The second half of 2021: Niantic experienced a 20.8% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Niantic rose by $18,950 while total sales decreased by 41.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,000 - a 20.8% increase over the $91,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Niantic in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Niantic for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,891, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
