APPOINTMENTS:

Motion to appoint Richard Tuggle to the Creek Union Drainage Dist. No 1. With term set to expire the first Tuesday in September 2022. This is to replace Stephen Tuggle as he has resigned. Motion to appoint Cody White to the Texas Creek Union Drainage Dist. With term set to expire the first Tuesday of Sept. 2024. Kenneth Smith has resigned.

CORRESPONDENCE:

Motion to approve Dec 2021 Minutes.

LAND USE: Report given by Mr. Ferguson. For discussion and possible action: Motion to approve Case R125-2021. Ken & Angela Copenbarger.

Motion to approve Case A31-2021 (Solar Ordinance)

Motion to cancel S228-2012. Kevin Heiden- Recommended by RPC to Cancel. Motion to approve the Sound Study Consultant Agreement utilizing Tech Environmental Inc.

PUBLIC SAFETY: Report given by Mr. Newberg. For discussion and possible action: No recommendations.

PROPERTY report given by Mr. Newberg. For discussion and possible action: No recommendations.

ROAD AND BRIDGE report given by Mr. Houser. For discussion and possible action: No recommendations.

MARINA report given by Mr. Matthews. For Discussion and possible action: Motion to approve the changes to the slip agreement as attached.

Motion to the raise the current slip fees by 10%.

Motion to contract with auctioneers for sale of 75 acres at marina.

Motion to approve restrictions presented by Exelon on the parcels at the marina.

FINANCE report given by Mrs. Tilley. For Discussion and possible action: Motion to pay all bills.

Motion to authorize ARPA funds for imaging /digitization of records /online access of land records in the County Clerk’s office-$49,788.61.

Motion to authorize ARPA funds for indexing records County Clerk’s office Estimated cost of 41,222.00 @ 1.50 per document.

Motion for designation all ARPA funds as loss revenue.

Motion to authorize ARPA funds for radio (911) equipment- $23,051.54. Motion for Covid 19 vaccination, testing and face covering policy as required by IDOL. Motion for cost of Covid testing – employer or employee.

Motion to authorize up to five paid days when off for Covid Leave.

Motion for contract with a company to provide Covid testing and results.

Jay Wickenhauser- Motion for audit of 1125 Property Management.

Buck Carter Motion to resend action taken at Sept 23, 2021 meeting. Motion to move forward with the sale of the 75 acres across from the marina including restrictions from Exelon.
