The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2017 was $619.36, 1.55% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Oct. 28, 2010 for $33,000.

So far in February 2022, 26 properties sold in Decatur.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Brandon L. E. Foster has been registered to vote since 2008. Kaylyn L. Foster has been registered to vote since 2011.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
