On March 28, Brock Austin Ethridge Swisher purchased a home at 55 Fairview Place, Decatur from Victoria E. Stowell (also known as), Victoria E. McNeely (estate administrator) and Thomas P. Stowell (deceased) for $70,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2017 was $678.76, 0.97% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, 64 properties sold in Decatur.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Thomas P. Stowell (70) has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least four primary elections, records show, including four Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
