• Request for variance to Development Ordinance Section 7.4 A. (1) (c) and (d) to install pole sign less than 15 feet from the property line located at 910 N. Route 51, Forsyth, Illinois,
• Request for the following variances to Development Ordinance on the property located at 994 US Route 51, Forsyth, Illinois
• Section 4.6 C. (7) (b) to install maximum foot candles beyond the property lines along the north and east property lines;
• Section 4.9 to reduce the minimum lot size for C-1 zoned property;
• Section 6.4 to vary minimum parking stall depth for onsite angled parking;
• Section 7.4 C. (2) (b) to increase maximum free standing sign height; and
• Section 11.13 D. to allow shared access to public street with adjacent lots.
