In an effort to bring joy and holiday cheer to our nation's heroes, "Operation Rising Spirit" invites everyone to participate by sending a card or letter to veterans residing in one of Illinois' five veterans' homes. This heartfelt initiative aims to show appreciation and support for the sacrifices made by these brave individuals.

The campaign, which was recently launched, encourages individuals from all walks of life to take a moment to express their gratitude and send a message of cheer to the veterans.
