APPOINTMENTS:

*Motion to appoint Jed Reynolds to the ZBA.

*Motion to appoint Tim Mollet, Clinton, Illinois, to the DeWitt County Community Mental Health Board to fill an unexpired term set to expire 12/31/2026. (Sharon Mills would like the Board to note that the term was set to expire 10/31/2026 but they are extending it to 12/31/2026 so that all terms will end in December.)

*Motion to enter into a 6-month contract with J&M Critter Care.

*Motion to accept the quote from Sessions Electric for a generator at the Animal Shelter in the amount of $11,095.95.

*Motion to accept the quote from Sessions Electric for a generator at the EMS building in the amount of $11,915.07.
