Motion by Feinstein, seconded by Zuniga to approve the Bank/Choir trip for Spring Break 2026 as presented...Roll Call Vote - Motion Carried - 6-0 in favor.

b. Motion to approve the easement with Ameren of Illinois as presented - Action

Motion by Conway, seconded by Feinstein to approve the easement with Ameren of Illinois as presented.

8. Executive Session

Motion by Lidy seconded by Feinstein to enter into closed session at 7:19 pm, for appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, dismissal or performance of specific employees of the public body, Section 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (1) Vote 6-0 in favor.

Motion by Lidy seconded by Feinstein to exit closed session at 8:10 pm. Vote 6-0 in favor.
