On Saturday, Feb. 8, former St. Teresa High School standout Lula Sassano’s current college team, the Missouri S&T Miners, lost 7-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Rogers State Hillcats.

The game took place at Gerry Pinkston Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Hillcats this season.

The Miners’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 3 p.m. at Gerry Pinkston Stadium against Central Oklahoma Bronchos.
