Village of Forsyth Planning & Zoning Commission met Sept. 25.

PUBLIC HEARINGS

• Request by David Starbody for a variance at the real property commonly known as 619 W. Weaver Rd., Forsyth, IL 62535 and legally described as ARMSTRONG FIRST ADD LT2 IRREG (07-07-15-451-008). This request is to vary the requirements for pole building construction and for approval of pole building construction in R-1 as set forth in Village Code of Ordinances Sec. 150.77. The request is to allow for a pole building in a developed subdivision and on a lot that is approximately 0.46 acres and is made in accordance with Development Ordinance Section 9.10. The property is currently zoned R-1 and there is no request to change the zoning.
