Village of Argenta Board of Trustees met June 6.

Here is the minutes provided by the Board:

Call to Order: Mayor Luedke called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Roll Call: Mayor Luedke and Trustees Barker, Crowder, Hanna and Pagel were present. Trustee Kaufman was absent. Also in attendance were Deputy Wendell, Street Superintendent Ken Smith.

Clerk Sherry Koszesza was absent. Residents in attendance were Chief Logan.

Pledge of Allegiance

Consent Agenda:

1. Approval of Board Meeting Minutes of May 21, 2018 #18-05-21 R10

2. Approval of Closed Session Minutes of May 21, 2018 #18-05-21 E03

3. Approval of Disbursements #18-06-04 D11

 Trustee Crowder moved and Trustee Pagel seconded to approve the Consent

Agenda as presented.

Upon a call of the roll, the vote was:

VACANT =

Barker = Yes

Crowder= Yes

Kaufman = Absent

Hanna = Yes

Pagel = Yes

Motion carried.

Public Comment: There was none.

Recognition of Visitors: There were none.

Department Reports:

1. Law Enforcement Report. Everything has been quiet.

2. Village Staff Reports. Street Superintendent Ken Smith will be changing valves on June 18th.

There will be a boil order after the repair is complete.

3. Mayor’s Report. Mayor Luedke said that most of the previous ordinance violations have been taken care of. Reminder that clean-up day is June 9th. Bids for sale of 131 E Elm Street will be opened on July 2nd. There is nothing new to report on the solar farm proposal.

4. Attorney’s Report. Nothing to report

 Trustee Pagel moved, and Trustee Hanna seconded, to adjourn at 6:06 p.m.

Motion carried.

Meeting adjourned.
