Blue Mound Fire Department issued the following announcement on Oct. 30.
Getting geared up for fire safety day at Meridian Elementary School this morning. Today’s goal is to show students exactly how Fire is dangerous and the importance of closing the door. We are excited to get to use our Max Fire Box.
For the first time students will be able to actually see what we talk about because we will have a live fire.
