Call To Order: Mayor Maloney opens the meeting at 6:00 p.m.

Roll Call: Establishment of a quorum.

Review/Approval Of Minutes: Approve minutes of October 15, 2018 regular meeting.

Village Administrative Clerk: Discussion and possible action: Balance sheet; bills and transfers for November 5, 2018.

Engineer: Discussion and possible action: Cape Seal Update; Resolution in support for the SRTS Application; An intent to execute engineering contracts in regards to SRTS; Decisions as to who at Village will be listed as primary Village contacts for the grant application in regards to: program matters, financial, authorized representative, etc.; Brief schedule to finalize SRTS application to ensure submittal.
