CALL TO ORDER
President Stephanie Guerrero called the special meeting to order at 6:06 p.m. Board members present were: Stephanie Guerrero, Cynthia Ervin, Martha Leeper, Erech Pierson, Jeff Stahl and Glenda Weldy. Absent: James Kent.
ADMINISTRATION
Also present: Superintendent Bob Meadows.
PLEDGE TO THE FLAG
Mr. Meadows led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance.
VISITORS
President Guerrero recognized and welcomed Boyd Ferguson, IASB Policy Consultant.
BOARD POLICY REVIEW
The Board reviewed and discussed sections 1-3 and 8 of the District Policy Manual.
ADJOURNMENT
Glenda Weldy moved and Erech Pierson seconded the motion that the meeting be adjourned at 8:24 p.m. All voted in favor. Motion carried.
