President Stine called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Members present: Austin Jesse, Michele Stine, Jim Beckhart, Sheri Jesse, and Andrea Trusner. Library Director: Maria Dent.

Agenda:
Motion A. Jesse to adopt the agenda. Second Trusner. Motion carried.
Minutes:
Motion A. Jesse to approve the October 9, 2018 regular meeting minutes. Second Beckhart. Motion carried.
Financial Report:
Motion Trusner to approve the current bill list. Second A. Jesse. Motion carried.

Discussion held regarding Chapters 8 and 9 of the Trustee Fact File Third Edition.
Motion Trusner to revise the Public Service Policy with discussed changes. Second A. Jesse. Motion carried.
Motion Trusner to remove front bushes and seed then postpone landscaping in back until Spring 2019. Second S. Jesse. Motion carried.
Motion A. Jesse to present staff holiday bonuses. Second Beckhart. Motion carried.
Motion A. Jesse to repair the leaks in the sprinkler system. Second Beckhart. Motion carried.
