Report: Warrensburg-Latham spent $9,109 per student in 2017-18

Spending per pupil at Warrensburg-Latham Community Unit School District 11 is up 7.3 percent from five years ago, according to a Macon Reporter analysis of district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2017-18 report card shows the Macon County school district spent $8,491 per pupil in 2013-14. It spent $9,109 in 2017-18.

The district saw its enrollment fall over the same period, from 991 to 942.

Warrensburg-Latham's spending in 2017-18 was 31.7 percent lower than the state average of $13,337.
