Weldon Public Library District issued the following announcement on March 1.
Happy 1st day of March everyone! In the spirit of the college basketball tournament known as “March Madness,” Book Madness is a literary competition in which you cast votes to decide which books will advance to the next round. In the end, only one will be left standing! We will be posting 16 books in the first round. Each book will be paired with another and we will have individual polls on here to decide which book of each pairing will continue on!
So for this first round please vote in each of the 8 polls. We have a book bracket here in Library so everyone can follow along!
