How did Jay Scott spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Democratic Jay Scott's election campaign committee, Citizens to Re-Elect Jay Scott, spent $9,577 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Scott's committee spent the most on yard signs in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,827) going to Classic Printing in Decatur. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Scott's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
