How did Sue Scherer spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Democratic Sue Scherer's election campaign committee, Friends of Sue Scherer, spent $5,339 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Scherer's committee spent the most on campaign work in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,000) going to Doug Soebbing in Decatur. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Scherer's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
