Meeting was called to order at 6:00pm by Chairman Newberg.

You are hereby directed to call a meeting of the Dewitt County Board. The purpose of said meeting is to conduct the business of the County.

Motion by Tilley second by Ritter to approve County Board Minutes from Dec 2018. Aye: Houser, Matthews, Newberg, Nimmo, Pruser, Redman Reece, Ritter, Tilley, Wickenhauser, Ferguson. Motion carried.

Motion by Reece second by Pruser to enter into the Shelter Medicine Agreement between the U of I and the DeWitt County Animal Shelter. Aye: Houser, Matthews, Newberg, Nimmo, Pruser, Redman Reece, Ritter, Tilley, Wickenhauser, Ferguson. Motion carried.

Motion by Reece second by Houser to enter into the Intergovernmental agreement with the City of Clinton to provide EMA services. Aye: Houser, Matthews, Newberg, Nimmo, Pruser, Redman Reece, Ritter, Tilley, Wickenhauser, Ferguson. Motion carried.

Motion by Nimmo second by Pruser to upgrade the camera system at a cost of $22,500. Aye: Houser, Matthews, Newberg, Nimmo, Pruser, Redman Reece, Ritter, Tilley, Wickenhauser, Ferguson. Motion carried.

Motion by Nimmo second by Pruser to convert the electronic filing system to a manual filing system at a cost of $9560.00. Aye: Houser, Matthews, Newberg, Nimmo, Pruser, Redman Reece, Ritter, Tilley, Wickenhauser, Ferguson. Motion carried.

Motion by Tilley second by Wickenhauser to approve County 2019 MFT General Maintenance Resolution. Aye: Houser, Matthews, Newberg, Nimmo, Pruser, Redman Reece, Ritter, Tilley, Wickenhauser, Ferguson. Motion carried

Motion by Tilley second by Houser to approve Resolution and Transfer Agreement, Legal Representation on Road use Agreement. Aye: Houser, Matthews, Newberg, Nimmo, Pruser, Redman Reece, Ritter, Tilley, Wickenhauser, Ferguson. Motion carried.

Motion by Wickenhauser second by Ferguson to accept quote from WaveEater to replace the south section of the breakwater with no options for$69,500.00. and accept the installation quote from G & H Marine for $29,595. Aye: Houser, Matthews, Newberg, Nimmo, Pruser, Redman Reece, Ritter, Tilley, Wickenhauser, Ferguson. Motion carried.

Motion by Redman second by Tilley to pay all bills. Aye: Houser, Matthews, Newberg, Nimmo, Pruser, Redman Reece, Ritter, Tilley, Wickenhauser, Ferguson. Motion carried.

Motion by Redman second by Ferguson to upgrade the phone system at a cost of $6989.47 Aye: Houser, Matthews, Newberg, Nimmo, Pruser, Redman Reece, Ritter, Tilley, Wickenhauser, Ferguson. Motion carried.

Motion by Redman second by Tilley to transfer $9000. From 100.130.6000 to 100.270.5005. Aye: Houser, Matthews, Newberg, Nimmo, Pruser, Redman Reece, Ritter, Tilley, Wickenhauser, Ferguson. Motion carried.

Motion by Tilley second by Pruser to adjourn at 6:32pm. With all in favor.
