How did James Root spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Republican James Root's election campaign committee, Root for Sheriff, spent $21,766 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Root's committee spent the most on advertising - mailer in the quarter, with all those payments ($6,717) going to Dynagraphics in Decatur. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Root's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
