Forsyth home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Forsyth rose by $54,000 while total sales decreased by 31%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $244,000 - a 28.4% increase over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Forsyth in the third quarter of 2016.
