Oreana home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Oreana rose by $32,250 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 27.4% increase over the $117,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Oreana in the third quarter of 2016.
