Oakley home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Oakley rose by $36,800 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $213,250 - a 20.9% increase over the $176,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Oakley in the first quarter of 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Oakley for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,148.50, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2018.
