Harristown home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Harristown rose by $6,500 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000 - a 8.8% increase over the $73,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Harristown in the first quarter of 2017.
