Maroa home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Maroa rose by $37,000 while total sales increased by 233.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,500 - a 96.1% increase over the $38,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Maroa in the first quarter of 2017.
