Oreana home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Oreana fell by $57,416.50 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $51,250 - a 52.8% decrease over the $108,666.50 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Oreana in the first quarter of 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Oreana for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,872.80, approximately 3.7% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2018.
