Long Creek home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Long Creek rose by $57,100 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 90.8% increase over the $62,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Long Creek in April 2016.

The median sales tax in Long Creek for 2017 was $2,143. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,110. This marks an increase of 1.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.8%.
