Forsyth home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Forsyth fell by $121,417 while total sales decreased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $164,584 - a 42.5% decrease over the $286,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Forsyth in March 2017.

The median sales tax in Forsyth for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,781, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
