*Motion to approve the October 24, 2024, County Board meeting minutes.
APPOINTMENTS:
*Appoint Dee Dee Rentmeister as Secretary to ZBA.

*Motion to approve the quote from Seneca for fuel polishing services in the amount of $6,888.50.
*Motion to accept the K&S Floor estimate for new flooring in the Supervisor of Assessment’s office for $8,000.00.
*Motion to purchase new furniture for the Supervisor of Assessment’s office not to exceed $26,777.78.
ROAD AND BRIDGE: Report given by Mr. Prestegaard. For discussion and possible action:
*Motion to approve the Sourcewell quote for the purchase of a Takeuchi TB260 with brush cutter in the amount of $89,000.00 from Central Illinois Ag.
MARINA: Report given by Mr. Matthews. For Discussion and possible action:

FINANCE: Report given by Mrs. Tilley. For Discussion and possible action:
*Motion to pay all bills.
*Motion to renew insurance programs with Illinois Counties Risk Management Trust for FY25- $306,834.
*Motion to renew property insurance with Pekin for FY25 - $37,838.
*Motion to renew unemployment insurance with Illinois Counties Risk Management Trust for FY25 – 2.10%.
*Motion to have Bellwether conduct a cost study for animal control and sheriff’s department for $10,000 to be paid for out of contingencies.
*Motion to adopt the resolution revising Chapter 30.16 and 31.01 to the County Code of Ordinances.
*Motion to pay $50,000 from contingencies this year to Circuit Clerk for half of the deficiency and $50,000 next year for final correction of deficiency.
*Motion to allocate $359,169.43 of ARPA funds to the fire and EMS radio upgrade project with $100,000 of that amount being reallocated from the Farmer City Fire Department with the remaining balance of project in the amount of $57,497.46 from contingencies.
