Mount Zion home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Mount Zion rose by $2,100 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $142,000 - a 1.5% increase over the $139,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Mount Zion in March 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Mount Zion for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,068, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
